My children have been patients of pediatric associates for over 15 yrs and the customer service has been getting progressively worse every year. I have been leaving messages for the office manager for 2 weeks and they do not call back and when I call again theres no records of my messages. I have had issues before with this office and was told by the office manager to ask for her and she will help me, this is no longer working now either. I need sports physical forms and I have been trying to get an issue resolved for 2 week... read more
