I was extremely disappointed that after 15 years of taking our child to this office they refused to help us with an immunization form for College. They demanded we schedule an office visit so they can charge a fee without regard to the inconvenience to us. An office with great customer service would ask us to scan the form and they can scan it back filled in.

I must say, I am thrilled to be a new client of PA West Kendall. The doctor (Dr. Maria Gaviria-Tobon) was amazing. Wonderful bed side manner. I appreciate so much as a new client that my child's first visit was a breeze. Dr. took the time to know my child's extensive medical history. And more so to hear my new concerns. Absolutely thrilled to have moved to this new doctor & the office seemed well run as well. Love that there is a portal for easy appt. making and retrieval of referrals.
