This used to be such a great facility. Ever since it became Pediatric Associates it is just awful. You can no longer talk to someone in the office. You are shuffled to a call center. And if you need someone from the office to call you back it takes at least a day. I used to love knowing that when I take my kids in they would see a pediatrician every time. Now it's just nurse practitioners and physician assistants like everywhere else.

Absolutely awful! Shame on the previous physicians for selling out to this corporate company. As a healthcare provider myself, I would be ashamed to work for a place like this. Terrible front staff service when you can finally get a person on the phone. Constant turn over. Won’t release my kids records to me at all or to our new pediatrician in a timely fashion so I can have them seen elsewhere. Customer service has tanked since it was bought out by the new company. You can read what it used to be below. That was from about 7 years ago. ----------- My wife and I have been taking my son here since moving back to Florida and we can't say enough good things about them. We can almost always get an appointment the same day if there's a problem and wait times in the waiting room are not bad. I am also very pleased with their decision to not treat un-vaccinated children. I know that this is a passionate issue for both side... read more

Love this location! Clean. The staff was very inviting and efficient. We had to come here for a sick visit during our stay & they didn’t disappoint.

I have been waiting for my dsugjter's records transferred to a new pediatrician for over a month anf a half and every time I called and even went in person, I wasn't provided an update so now I called again and was told by their 3rd party provided that they do not see my request in their log. Meanwhile I still can't have my daughter tranferred to her new pediatrician. SUCH A SHAME THAT AFTER THE SALE OF THE PRACTICE, MULTIPLE PEOPLE ARE EXPERIENCING HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DISREGARD.
