This office was “fine” prior to merging with sacred heart. Now you sit on the phone forever to speak with an incredibly rude front desk clerk, you can’t make or reschedule an appointment for sooner than 5-6 weeks out. Judgmental, inconsiderate doctors and the nurse will stab injection needles straight through your baby’s thigh so hard it probably touches their bones.
Doctor Thompson is good however this establishment is terrible. I called yesterday to get an appointment saying that I needed 2 things, my daughter might be sick and I need a physical. I get told to call back the next day for a same day sick appointment. She's been seeing doctor Thompson for a for a while now but we have to re-register because we didn't know until yesterday that they were taken over by sacred ascension. Not only that but now they can't do the physical portion like they said they could yesterday. The automate... read more

We love everyone at pediatric associates. They are so welcoming and our three year old actually looks forward to her next visit.
