My daughter and I were in there this morning and we waited for almost an hour. The office is extremely chaotic with no organization what so ever. People are waiting in line to check in or speaking with someone at the front desk while the front desk clerk was yelling for another patient behind you. Very unprofessional.
My 12 year old daughter just needed 10 vials of blood drawn for research on a neurological disorder. She is no fan of blood draws, but Dr. Mike calmed her down and got all of the vials filled in no time! Staff is always friendly!
Love this location. Dr. Michael is an angel. Has been my now 14 yr old son’s pediatrician since 2009. He is very kind, respectful, has amazing bed manors just over all best place best pediatrician.
My son has been a patient of Dr. Michael Sonenblum since birth (10 years). I am very pleased with this office and the staff and I have never had a negative experience these 10+ years.
I LOVE LOVE LOVE Dr. Cato she is so amazing and awesome and genuinely cares about the well being of my son and me she is like another mom to us, she doesn't just treat us like patients but family. Thank you pediatric associates for having her apart of your amazing team.
Excellent service, Always goes beyond what we initially came for.. My daughter will be having twins within 2 weeks and have already got paperwork to register the girls.
