Well where do i start we had a 3:30 appointment didnt get into the room till 4:15 waiting till 5:00 never got to see the doctor my daughter had a horrible spider bite but for some awesome reason wasnt at all a concern to them at all just left us waiting along with other parents with there children of all ages waiting and waiting so we never seen the doctor after waiting all this time we left and went to another doctor that actually sgowed they cared and were very prompt at taking care of the children even without a appointme... read more

The wait after checking in is simply unacceptable. This is disrespectful with ones time and patience. If the office cannot keep the schedule they should tell parents in advance.
For several years I took my daughter to see Dr. Bullard or Dr. Paredes. They are both no longer there. As time passes their service gets worse and worse. No matter when you visit you will wait a minimum of 1 hour before you see a doctor. Today, I walked out after 1.5 hours. I understand waiting if you do not have an appointment, but every time I arrive with a schedule appointment, we have to wait even if we accept the first physician available. We wil not return.
Horrible place to go... I've been waiting in the top for over an hour and still nothing. I rather go to another doctor that actually knows how to treat their patients
The reason I rating them as low is a cause the last two times I've been there I had to wait after having checked in the the nurse, for more than an hour and a half...why don't you people give fewer appointments a day? Or maybe schedule the routine exams for babies on a dedicated time schedule because, honestly, his is crazy!
My provider was Dayron Labrada-Capestany, first time seeing him and he was great with my 12 year old son. Great experience. Thank you!
