We’ve been very happy with the pediatric care our child has received. The doctors have consistently been caring, knowledgeable, and attentive. This review is not a reflection of them. Unfortunately, our experience with the outsourced billing company, PedsOne, was the exact opposite. We received a $20 charge for an Edinburgh screening—a routine 10-question pre-visit depression questionnaire completed by the parent. This clinic is more wonderful than we could have possibly hoped. Our pediatrician, Dr. Hassan, is an incredible doctor who gives the best care to our son and exceptional, concerned, caring advice to us. The lactation consultant here, Mrs. Kennedy, is second to none. Easily the best LC we have ever seen (and we've seen a lot!) We are so grateful for PANW.
For future visits, like a 8 year old well visit, make sure you ask if they are charging you for a behavior assessment because you may get charged for a $70 bill. Billing notified me to tell the reception desk next time that I dont this so you don’t get stuck with a bill like I did. Very sneak PANW.
