Disorganized. Fax machine didn’t work so test requests never got sent.
I went to Pediatric Associates as a child more than 40 years ago. I have taken both my children there. I requested copies of documents in my child’s file and was sent instead a copy of her immunization record, which I hadn’t requested. I no longer trust going there as the doctor we have been seeing I have discovered is unethical and can’t be trusted. I am severely disappointed in the doctor and her assistants and feel that we are going to have to find a new pediatrician.

RecommendedDr. Birk is simply the best. In addition to providing top notch medical care, he is responsive, approachable, funny AND today he loaned my 11 year his medal detector😂 I mean... really?! It can’t get better than this.
This office is amazing! It’s so nice to know that whatever provider you see your child is in good hands. Could not recommend the doctors and a staff more!
Thank-you for absolutely nothing today. We normally love and adore Dr. Neal. But, my husband took my son in today for a same day appointment with Dr. Larson because he clearly was in pain. Turns out, he had an ear infection. A perscription was written but, it had the wrong quantity. The ENTIRE AFTERNOON my pharmacy and I took turns calling you and I was told it was marked urgent but just nobody could be bothered to fix it. PANW is great until you leave. They “lose” your record requests or send back your paperwork because you didn’t dot your i’s (yes, that is hyperbolic). Don’t leave their office and you will probably have a wonderful experience but we won’t back.
Love love love this office! We see dr.baynham but with frequent visits recently my twins have seen a lot of the drs here and they are all amazing! They are so good with kids and even multiples.
