I would highly recommend PAL Lawrencville to anyone looking for a friendly, warm and effective pediatric practice. We have been bringing our daughter to see Dr.Sheth for more than 5 years now. She brings a great combination of expertise, accessibility and warmth to the practice. We have had similar experience with Dr.Messick and Dr.Lawson, they are great! The nurses and support staff have always been very helpful and understanding. Keep up the great service you are doing for the community, PAL!!!

This office would not allow us to pay self pay. Our insurance has such a high deductible we would never be able to reach it. They charge extremely high office visit levels for a minimal diagnosis and they do not reach their required components to charge for that level. When you do get a bill in the mail, it takes months to speak with someone about it. I’ve even gone to the office and left messages. Harriet, the manager spoke with me today and was extremely rude. This was my toddler's primary physician for about one year. In one year, I have had more frustrating and inconvenient experiences with them than anything. They never answer their phone line, whether it be to speak with the office manager, to make an appointment, or to speak with a nurse. Every time that I have needed to speak with someone in the office, I've had to leave a voicemail and wait hours before anyone contacted me.
