I love Dr. Gill and the whole office staff from front desk to the nurses. Dr Gill is gentle, caring, fun, and informative. She makes you feel comfortable and like you can ask her questions. She is thorough and explains everything she does. My daughter loves her so much she hugs her when leaving appointments. Nothing is more important to me than my children so their care is high priority and it's extremely important tio me that her doctor and the staff at the office are as good as Dr. Gill and her nurses are. Dr. Cosgrove is fantastic! He was professional, warm and kind. Friendly staff, always helpful.
Rude customer service. They intentionally hung up the phone and called with attitude about a late bill. Not once asked a reason why I haven’t been able to pay just simply threatened to drop my daughter service and hung up. I will be looking for a new place to take her.
I love Dr. Gill. I have taken both of my daughters to her ever since she was with a previous practice over at Eagle Highland. She's just awesome! While my oldest daughter is now 24 and doesn't go there anymore, my youngest daughter still does. If Dr. Gill has never been able to see my daughter, there is always someone that is available. Awesome place!
Dr. Lopez and nurses are great with my child! Dr. Lopez is very personable, thorough and caring! She's willing to listen to your concerns and never rushes through an appointment. Same-day appointment is a nice bonus too for a sick kiddo!
Dr. Cosgrove has treated my three girls for quite a few years now. He is amazing. I have been impressed from day one and I will never go anywhere else. He takes time with the girls, answers questions, he is thorough and caring with the girls. Very respectful. Their staff is amazing. I also don’t mind going to the other doctors in the practice as I have found them to be wonderful as well. I highly recommend Dr. Cosgrove.
We have been going to this office for 5 years since we moved to Indianapolis. Dr. Cosgrove is great with my boys and always listens to my concerns. They always get us in same day when one of the boys are sick. Definitely recommend!!!
