We specialize in providing high quality and personal pediatric & adolescent medical care. All of our five physicians are parents themselves so will always give useful and real-world advice. We accept most PPO insurance plans as well as TIHN, SAG and WGA. We offer walk-in appointments Monday-Friday 8-8:30am for established patients only as well as same day sick appointments later in the day and on Saturdays. In addition we have onsite lactation, lab and x-ray services.

Office manager needs to be fired We love Dr. |Glassman. He is the best pediatrician around and has been treating our daughter from birth. If it weren't for him, we would have left long time ago. The staff is very moody, and the office mangager MARIA equipped with rudeness of the lowest kind. If you get her on the phone for a simple question, expect screaming. Some of the best Pediatricians in the vally I have taken both my children to Pediatric Associates since they were born. The staff and the doctors are so nice, I love all the nurses, especially bobby! they all do a great job. You wait because they are busy taking care of children,you might wait but when you are in the room, they don't rush you, they are with you. They are busy because they are great at what they do. Rude staff. Long waits. Sit down and expect to wait an hour. That's what the office is like. And you never get to see your own doctor. or talk to her/him. They rotate soooo much. And all the doctors except Dr. Kleiner are harsh. And the staff is snotty and mean. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere where they appreciate your business.
Sanitary conditions I was shocked to see the cabinets in the facility were in such terrible condition. The Doctors are good, but need to invest in cabinets before I take my kids back. I referred several cabinet manufactures to them hopefully they will consider one.
Long Wait Time/ Rude Staff/ Too Many Patients If you like waiting around for your appointment, this is the place for you. Expect to sit quite a while to see the doctor and If you are so bold to ask where the doctor is, expect to be told that this might not be the place for you if you don't like to wait. Rude staff, lousy manners, the office manager should be discharged.
