So I was given incorrect information about my dr appointment and ask to reschedule However no said they apologize or showed any remorse for my inconvenience of time. Antonio asked his manger and she said no they are overwhelmed...She never came out to talk to me very rude and nasty. She should have ask the dr or addressed me for the misinformed information. Great staff, very friendly and honest. I've been coming here for 13 years for my kids and I myself came here as a child.
I am very happy with my children's Doctor (Dr. Rabin) and the staff is always very pleasant. I have recommended this office plenty of times and one of my customers actually brings her son there now and also sees Dr. Rabin as well. I actually followed Dr. Rabin from the Skylake office and I live in north Miami area, so it's a drive for me but my kids and myself are very happy.
The staff was very nice and I loved the doctor. I don’t have anything to complain about, or any improvements they should make. Everybody wore their masks and made us feel confortable. 😊
Pediatric Associates is a great company to take your children to. They are very professional and handle the business really well. Everytime we visit we are pleased with how friendly the staff is!! Dr. Jessica Joseph is the absolute best!!
Just want to commend this office on the measures they're taking to keep their patients and staff safe during this Corona virus pandemic. Was worried about having to attend Dr appointments with my newborn, however temperatures are being checked at the door, all staff are fully covered with masks and face guards, and the amount of patients being seen are kept at a minimum. Once leaving our appt and the lobby was empty, the lobby was being cleaned in between appointments. Great job and thank you
