Dr Shamir was absolutely fantastic, as were the nurses and receptionists. The only thing that kind of ticked me off was the lab. My son was supposed to get blood drawn, he was very scared and crying. We went back to the waiting room to calm down and came back to try for a second time. As I was approaching the window the tech was telling the other tech to send us away because her ears couldn’t take it anymore. I understand your frustration but you work in a pediatric lab, probably not the first time you heard a scared kid cry... read more

La atención y sobre todo al pediatra muy buen Doctor
I have to say that all of the staff at this location is wonderful. My daughter loves her Doctor Smith, receptionists Sadeem and all the other nurses and personnel. Everyone is super professional and kind towards the kids and parents. Highly recommend this location. We were previously in Aventura and hated that location so this is such a nice change. Thank you all !
