Love doctor fields but hate that you can never get anyone to call you back. Answering service is the worst. My child is only 2months and still waiting for a call back from the doctor that I’ve called almost every day and left a message since he was 6 weeks old. No way to talk to the location directly! Extremely bad customer service with the answering service. But you can never speak to someone at the location on at a call center. Half of the time they are totally clueless.… See more
why my sick Child cant be check if he is sick....?why I have to run to another place for him to be check and have to be running around with him wild he have a severe fever...? do you need more reasons why I will never recommend this place?

Pediatrics associates is so ridiculous how are you not going to have masks knowing that we’re not mandated to wear them no more if you want people to wear them you should have them available that’s so ridiculous If you guys are going to mandate mask knowing that it’s not mandated by the government of Florida then you guys should at least provide masks
RecommendedI took my daughter in for blood work today. We had a 2:00 pm appointment. We arrived early checked in. They took us right back and withing 15 maybe 20 minutes we were finished and out the door. Everyone that we came in contact with were very nice. It definitely was a pleasant visit today.
