Love Dr. Piniero and have seen her for years, but the way it’s all managed is awful. You cannot make an appointment without going through a call center, after all the questions just to verify you’re you, takes forever to just get the appt scheduled and it’s never w our actual dr unless I schedule months out. Hours before kid’s appointment, I get a text saying masks required. I call the office, I’m told they’re recommended. When I ask for clarification I’m told required. I ask why. What’s the reason. Nobody can say anything except “I don’t know”. I say that if you work there, shouldn’t you know? I’m told “ I only work the desk”. I ask for a corporate number. The first desk ladies are bit rude when they talk to the clients . If they don’t like there job they should not work with somewhere there kids . As mommy of two I just went my kids to go to place where they see there parents be respected .
