Took my daughter several times with fever and coughing for over a week and dr Acosta didn’t do anything about just to keep bringing her back two days later. Horrible follow up. Ended up taking her somewhere alse and she had bronchitis. Was sent antibiotics and now is feeling a lot better. Will not be coming back or seeing dr Acosta. Horrible experience.
My experience with Elaine, and her counterpart at the front desk whose significant other is at Bagram AB, made my experience 5 stars. Her ability to navigate the special circumstances for military families for vaccinations was a huge help. Thank you!
I can honestly say this is the best place for any child. My son has been here since birth and he has nothing but the best care (7 months now). Dr Acosta and nurse Teedra are exceptional. They are attentive, knowledgeable, and best of all caring. Thank you for everything you do ���

PA Judy Villalobos was nice and so was Jennifer Ruiz at the front desk. Very helpful. Also Eileen was very nice. Wait time is never good though. It is minimun 1.5 hours if I’m lucky. Also seeing an actual doctor is not always possible. There are more PAs and Nurse practicioners available that doctors. It is close, staff is nice, clean place.
