Let me start by saying that my daughter is 9 years old. She has been going to Pediatric Associates since she was born and it’s always been an unpleasant experience with the rude office staff. But what happened to me on Saturday takes the cake. I called to make an appointment with her doctor in a panic Saturday morning because she had a rash that looked like chicken pox all over her.
