Definitely been having a great experience so far! Appts have been relatively on time or early for the morning. Really really like Lauren NP! As well as the staff so far.
I LOVE this place. All 3 of my kids go here and They have been going here for 11 years now and I LOVE DR. LAUREN SHIVERS SHE IS THE BEST!!
I'm not impressed. Every time I try to make an appointment for my kids they don't get seen the same day (for fevers or such) tried to make an appointment for my son to be seen for what looks like it could be a spider bite and you guys couldn't see him til tomorrow, then changed his appointment entirely. And the real kicker was I was put on hold for 10 minutes, hung up and called back, was asked if i woukd mind being placed on hold and when i said i cannot wait, i have to return to work"can i please make an appointment i was ... read more
Use to go to Dr. Berger's office, right next to this office.. Definitely glad I switched pediatricians for my little baby. The doctor was very friendly & very helpful. The staff was as nice as can be!
