Pretty disgusted with this place. We transferred our due to the positions not taking our sons medical care seriously. After eight months of our son being sick every couple of weeks they insisted that it’s normal. When we transferred out it took five weeks for another practice to get the paperwork at which point our sons annual physical was due, they refused to see him while their “third party company” dropped the ball on transferring records. We called for a refill for 2 of my husband's prescriptions last week They filled one, but not the other. The pharmacy faxed them a second time. Sunday, we went to pick it up only to find Prohealth had not faxed the script in yet He had no pill for Sunday. We called first thing Monday morning, explained that we had NO pills left. They tried to say the pharmacy had never contacted them, even though we had proof that they had. It is now 1:30 pm. They still have not phoned in the prescription. I called again. This review is not about the actual healthcare service; we LOVE Enfield pediatrics. But Pro Health billing sucks big time. Optum360 or whosoever their billing partner is, is a disaster. Months lagging in their billing and totally irresponsible and unprofessional in their approach. Apparently my bill is sent to 'collections' even when I was following up with billing right from two weeks after the service. You have a new t billing system which obviously was not tested. i received a notice from a credit agency. You told me that the bill had been paid back in Sept. You cannot let the agency know. You told me that it would be 'ok'. When I called them they told me that they cannot remove the notice until YOU tell them to. If my rating has been damaged I will sue you. I worked in IT for 40 years. NO billing system should be installed unless fully tested, even if you bought it from a vendor. This is inexcusable!

Oh you don’t want to know my experience !!! Based on false information I have been dismissed from this practice !!! I tried several times to straighten this matter out , going one step further !!! All the clues where there !!!
