This office is TERRIBLE! Most of the nurses and doctors are NOT kid friendly. I finally had to change offices becasue I couldn't take it anymore. They don't explain anything nor do they ever try to make my child feel safe and comfortable. Their rude, disorganized, the receptionist has lied to us numerous times and has been caught in said lies. the worst music ever if you are 17 minutes late you are considered a no-call no-show even if you was there try to force a no-call no-show paper on me show my son School why he did not get a physical refuse to give me the proper paperwork saying he was 17 minutes late and that's the reason why you did not get a physical
The nurses and doctors are always responsive to my questions I have about my daughter's health and making appointments is easy.
Good to know so I will tell my friends about this place is Racist :(
