RecommendedWe have been going to see Dr. Althoff and Nurse Julie for a little over 13 years now. They are always patient, listen and give great care. ❤️
My daughter just had a flu shot today. They got us in really fast! We went to a private room where an awesome MA came in and talked to us then the office manager Lisa( I think) checked on us. My kid hates shots... she was a wreck. The shot was super fast. Then the office manager stayed with us to make sure my daughter was ok. We have been coming here for 13 yrs and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thanks guys!
Terrible office staff. Condescending and rude. They called the morning of our appointment to inform us there was a balance pending and if I didn’t clear it up our appointment would be moved. They had no regard for the fact that I had family coming from out of town to watch my other children (Covid rules). Thankfully I am a stay at home mom and wasnt at work so I was able to make the phone calls necessary to clear it up. I was very grateful during this Covid pandemic to still be able to get in for a virtual appt right away! It was quick and effective and in the comfort of our own home! Thank you Pediatric Associates!
Dr. Clark and his nurse Laura are two of the best people we know! They have been caring for our 4 kiddos for 13 years now. They will personally call me back if I have a concern. Jennifer in the reception area has been there just as long and has been nothing but nice every time I have called or been in. Best practice in Reno!!
Dr Clark and Nurse Laura are our favorites, but during the last decade we have seen everyone in the practice and they are all amazing! Jennifer at the front desk is sure to put a smile on your face!
We love Dr Althoff and Julie! We have been seeing them since our children (ages 11 & 10) were newborns and highly recommend him as a pediatrician! He was thorough from day one which was amazing as a new parent to have that guidance to assure you’re doing everything right. He has always taken plenty of time at appointments to discuss our children’s health with us and with them now that the pay are older, we have never felt rushed at our appointments.
