RecommendedEveryone one here is so nice, friendly and very helpful. They have always been able to squeeze my grandson in for an appointment when I feel that he should be seen right away. There have been few time. I would Definitely Recommend pediatric Associates to anyone needing a pediatrician. I have for the care of my grandson, it has been wonderful in the past year and a half to have them as our physician of choice.
He has reached his appointments with this great highly recommend pediatric associates group. Now since he is 24 he will be Going to a adult group of doctors. Going to miss Dr Barry Brokaw what a great Pediatric doctor he is. Linda Dorgan
The Ladies in Billing are very unprofessional and rude which makes it an unpleasant experience when it should be a good one. Sometimes I feel like they care more about getting their money then taking care of their Patients which should be their number one priority (patient centered care)! The Doctors are all great and most of the nurses but some have bad bed side manners. Should look into a whole new Billing Staff and maybe some more new friendly nurses. Just a a thought!
Back office Staff unprofessional and extremely rude. Physicians are amazing which is only reason for staying with this practice. I recommend customer service training for Staff.
The best pediatricians and nurse practitioners around!
This group is the best of the best. My children are 16 and 13 and this group has always been available night, day or holidays. They are always up to date with health related issues. I do not have enough positive words to express how wonderful and how much I love this group.
