We have a newborn and have been at the Boynton Beach West office quite a number of times already. The staff and doctors are amazing. Always friendly and helpful. I have a lot of questions and I feel comfortable asking them and getting explanations with the answers. I highly recommend Pediatric Associates.

I love this Dr office for my little one so much!! Every visit has been a great one. We have seen each of the Dr.s at least once; they are all great. The office its self is always very clean and friendly. All of the nurses as well as the blood Labs everyone is in good mood. Love the summer days theme. An average visit for us is always about an hour which is great. Nothing but good things to say about the west location. Dr. Chang & the staff at Pediatric Associates West is the best! They are always accommodating & the doctor always answers any questions/concerns I may have about my son. I tried two different branches and this is by far our best fit!!

Our girls are both patients of Dr. Chang. We love him! He's so good with them, even my 2.5 year old who has developed a serious fear of all things medical after having 2 eye surgeries. He takes care of things quickly and knows his stuff. He also gave me some of the best breastfeeding advice! I've never had a negative interaction with any of the staff at this particular location. From reception to the competent nurses and doctors, it's a great crew. Location is always clean. Keep up the great work :)

First of all, front desk lady was rude...did not feel welcome at all! And I need to feel that in order to stick with a Dr for my child. Secondly, she gave me a form of three doctors to choose as my provider and two out of three were not even an option. Wow! I was ready to walk right out of there and I had never even been there before. Ugh!! Now I have to go through this all over again!

When my son was 2 months old he caught a virus that had us going to the doctor every 2 days. The nurses were calling my son by his first name and were all very excited to hear that he was doing better. Our favorite doctor is Dr. Chang! See you guys in April for baby Joseph's 12 month visit! �

I had a wonderful experience as usual! My twins, age 16 started when the Boynton office was at a different location many years ago. Then we went to the Boca Office. I loved it there too! To be honest all of the offices are great! At my last visit in West Boynton the staff was kind, patient, and professional!
