they've change so much... after pandemic, shorted staff.. haven't seen my son's doctor in I don't how many visits now, they keep putting different Doctors every time.. today end up walking out after waiting 1 hour and half of appointment.. NOT COOL , and my kid behaves really good .. but after 1 hour & half come on guys..
This place is the Most Unprofessional Place I’ve ever been to I’ve been going there for many years now and I’ve never experienced what I’m experiencing this past month the fact that I need help for my child who has autism and can’t be left with anyone . there for I need personal care and they won’t give me the authorization. I was extremely disappointed that after 15 years of taking our child to this office they refused to help us with an immunization form for College. They demanded we schedule an office visit so they can charge a fee without regard to the inconvenience to us. An office with great customer service would ask us to scan the form and they can scan it back filled in.

This have been the most frustrating experience I had to deal with. Having a child sick and wait for two hours in line for a virtual appointment and call over the phone multiple times and nobody can resolve the situation. AT THE END I feel like I’m begging for a service that I pay. After two hours unfortunately my child can’t get no medicine because somebody don’t know how to do their job.
