Love Dr. Piniero and have seen her for years, but the way it’s all managed is awful. You cannot make an appointment without going through a call center, after all the questions just to verify you’re you, takes forever to just get the appt scheduled and it’s never w our actual dr unless I schedule months out. RecommendedPediatric Associates is great. The girls at the front desk are so professional. Even when people checking in are loud or pushy the girls are calm and respectful to everyone. Kathy had enough to do but took a minute to help me with a problem and did it with a kind attitude. They saw my granddaughter and eased my concerns. I would recommend these guys to anyone with children.
Merideth & Joy we're very helpful in answering all my questions adequately. Both were very professional & keep kind. My son's follow-up appointments were scheduled quickly as well.
Very easy to get same day appts; they do tend to run late, we have never been seen on time. They have evening, holiday, and weekend appt availability which is amazing.

I’m a new mom to an 11 week old little girl. We have only seen Dr. Gomez so far, but he has been wonderful. I called today to ask the staff if it was safe for me to get a flu shot while breast feeding and Dr. Gomez himself called me back! I’ve worked in healthcare for several years and I was blown away that he called me back instead of one of his staff members. Everyone there has been so nice and caring, we’re definitely glad we chose pediatric associates!!

I absolutely love this doctor’s office. They always get us in when needed and they make us feel like family. Today we did a virtual appointment due to COVID 19 concerns and I was pleasantly surprised how thorough it was. Wonderful staff and availability!
First I am so thankful for this office .I love the fact that they check everybody’s temperature to make sure that we are well .Second the nurses and staff were so upbeat ,professional and pleasant.Which goes along way during at time like this.I would recommend hands down ,this Trinity office to anyone ,in need of a great pediatrician and professional staff to see your children.lastly I was in and out in a timely manner.
