We just went yesterday for his 11yr.old check up and my nurse Yetsie Malead was awesome and very helpful and caring! She had so much knowledge about what kind of shots my son was getting and why etc... I was so pleased! I love Pediactric associates !!! this is ridiculous they close down the office without telling the patient's parents anything. so wrong in all levels because I'm in need of shot records and how am I supposed to contact them.
The wait time is frustrating and it takes days to get a referral sent to insurance, but with all the extra covid precautions not super surprising. Highly recommend giving them your contact info and asking to wait in your car until you’re called. They have amazing supportive care after hours and was great at getting our kids seen immediately.
