The worse experience today. They wouldn’t see my son because I only had cash on me, I asked could I run home to get my wallet, was told I had to reschedule. My son been going to pediatric associates since he was born 3 years now. He’s due for his wellness and been complaining about his ear. I feel terrible when I can’t come through for him. I tried everything, she said no.

Two weeks ago, I brought my son to be seen for stomach pains & severe constipation. Although I had an appointment, I waited for over an hour and was never seen. On my way out, I saw the nurse who walked us to the room talking to the check out nurse about taking her lunch break and having a full conversation. I am extremely disappointed in the service I received. I ended up having to go to the emergency room with my son because this location did not help me. I will never bring my children back here
The waits are horrendous and the pandemic safety measures are a bit ridiculous. Both my children (1 and 3) had their annuals at the same time. My husband specifically asked when making the appointment if two adults could be present as they are both a bit of a handful at their current age and both would be getting vaccines (so crying and consoling would be inevitable). We were told yes absolutely 1 adult per child. So my mom came with me only for us to be told at the door sorry only one adult allowed in per CDC guidelines (I ... read more
