I was seen all of my life here as a child. Some of my doctors treat my own children. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. The nurses are also wonderful. But the front staff/record and billing staff are absolutely horrid. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional people working at a medical office. I'm very upset that I have to find a new pediatrician for my medically complex child but they have made our last few experiences so bad that we will not be returning.
