Great atmosphere. Awesome nurses and doctors they're always patient with my kids.
I was seen all of my life here as a child. Some of my doctors treat my own children. I have nothing but amazing things to say about them. The nurses are also wonderful. But the front staff/record and billing staff are absolutely horrid. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional people working at a medical office. I'm very upset that I have to find a new pediatrician for my medically complex child but they have made our last few experiences so bad that we will not be returning. I absolutely love this doctors office. My mother took me as a child so I assumed I would take my daughter and now my son. I developed a strong relationship with two doctors Dr. Oerther and Dr. Janice . They are the most caring and compassionate doctors we have ever interacted with. They both were by my side step by step trying to figure out why my son was losing weight and crying all the time. They have never questioned my concerns with my children. I love this practice. They've taken care of my 13 year old twins from the moment they were born and they were born at 29 weeks. This practice cares from the staff to the doctors. ❤️ Them and always recommending them to my friends cause they care about your kids and it shows. Shout out to Dr. Birch, Dr. Ravi and Dr. Haskell for taking great care of Maddie this week.
My daughter was having headaches and the doctors decided I should take her to children's for IV fluids. They saved her life. My daughter has a brain tumor and the doctors knew this but wanted me to be calm when I had to drive her to Childrens. She has had 3 surgeries and is getting treatment for her tumor. I thank Dr.Oerther for calling me at home as she left her office for the day. She knew something wasn't right and urged me to take her to ER at Childrens. She is our Angel.
