I paid my bill in full and they sent me to collections and although i've disputed the charge and show proof of payment it's still not removed from collections and the collections company doesn't have a real number.
The most succinct way to describe PAI is they're a non-elective medical service provider for children and went out of their way to include "incorporated" into their name.
This is the worst company ever, I can’t believe Primary Children’s Hospital is associated with them! They are total criminals. They don’t want to bill your insurance they just want money now or they send you to collections! IMy daughter even started sending payments even though it was all covered by her insurance. She tried to talk to them, but they didn’t want to listen or help!
Horrible company, super eager to send bills to collections while insurance is processing claims.
I have been going round and round with them on a bill for my daughter. They have been awful to work with. They also use a billing/call center out of the Philippines and they are awful to try to get help from as well.
