They mailed me statements and a note saying my bill was due on a certain date and then they sent it to collections weeks before the due date they sent. Horrible customer service.
sent us to collections, but only had one bill sent to us. They do seem corrupt and upsetting that Primary children's uses them.

Awful customer service, sent me to collections without a notification, even though I contact them several times and was told that my bills would be put on hold until financial assistance was getting looked at by managers. This Company is such a joke!
