They aren’t responsible! They never pick up the phone and when I leave voice messages they never get back and I’ve been with them for a year but I’m very satisfied with doctor chelsea however she’s on maternity for a few months and I don’t have a few months patience with these doctors and nurses and it’s sad that it’s time to find a new practitioner. They never answer my questions and nurse line is never available and it’s never reachable always sending to voicemail but never call back. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

I have been bringing my kids here for 13+ years. My 2 month old has covid (diagnosed at children's urgent care). I caller to see if I can have a follow up for her (something you do with any other virus). The doctor told the nurse to tell me it's not necessary. Nevermind the fact I, her mother, requested to have one. They said if she has a hard time breathing or is dehydrated then they would need to see her. In that case she'd be going to the er.
