I started coming here two years ago and I am so glad I did. I am always treated very well from the staff and Dr. Skoner is awesome. I like that they have a wide selection of frames to choose from as well.
Not only are the employees loud, rude, obnoxious and disrespectful, they seemed to be under the influence of something! I was nervous and uncomfortable from the moment I walked in until I finally left. I regret not having left in the first place! Will not recommend to ANYONE, rather will go out of my way to earn others to steer clear from this place!
You have lost us as patients. 17 long days of excuse after excuse as to why a simple pair of kids glasses can't arrive as promised multiple times. And now with Christmas this week it's at least another 5 day wait...and probably more excuses. I'm certain I can find a better optical department. Sad though, because I like the doctors.
