Horrible with the communication of the delivery of my daughter's prescription eyeglasses. They were on backorder for 3 weeks after her eye exam which we knew and put up with BUT there was an even longer delay that was not communicated to us so we ended up waiting 2 more weeks. It was supposed to go out with yesterday's mail, but nobody bothered to call and let us know after such a long delay that we were sorry to have gone to such a provider knowing that we'd wait this long.
