Ever since the two receptionist/ nurses left the facility it’s gone downhill. The doctors are really good but they need better help with the front desk
Everything about PAMCOP Clinic is quality Service all around the board.
I love this clinic. My daughters have been seen here since they were young children and are now almost teenagers. I know I can get an honest opinion/recommendation from the doctors. Especially Dr. King who is hilarious but yet full of wisdom in helping parents in raise overall healthy children. The staff have assisted me when I needed medical forms completed, even when it was inconvenient for them. They have improved greatly with the wait times and I appreciate having them as a resource.
This doctor's office is absolutely terrible their communication and customer service . My son ran a temp of 104 for 6 days . I tried to get him into see a doctor and made an appointment online for Monday 10am . I showed up To the office and they were closed despite hours posted on the door and website . I called the school house location and was informed that online appointment setting does not work and the office is closed for today .
