The staff is always patient and respectful, it always feels rather cozy and the doctors are great. My children have had Dr. William King the entire time and he is just as energetic as the kids are. He's always able to make the kids smile, always giving helpful advice really worth his salt.
Pro - usually pretty easy to get an appointment and they usually have same day sick visits. Con- my son is autistic and they aren’t really equipped to help track his health. Also it took two months to get paperwork I needed between them not answering for three weeks and people being on vacation. Over it. Switching my PCP.
Tried to call just now waiting for someone to call me back or I’ll keep calling .
Never answers phone! I’ve been calling for 3 days. It is hard to even get scheduled !
The doctors are good, but good luck trying to get anyone on the phone there. They never answer and every time you call the voicemail is full. It is weird for a doctor's office and frustrating.
