Dr. Weitzel and the office staff are kind, welcoming, respectful, thorough, and provide excellent care to my children. We have been taking them to this office for 12 years and would recommend them to anyone!
This place is a joke. It’s clearly listed as accepting anthem dental on my insurance company website. The secretary refused to schedule a new patient appointment claiming they don’t accept anthem or “marketplace plans”
My kids always went to our general family dentist. My youngest daughter had a bad experience there when she was about 10, and we immediately began looking for another dentist for her because she refused to go back. She had anxiety, was shy and had that bad experience. Getting her to go anywhere was hard. I found Dr. Kevin online and was encouraged by his reviews. They did not disappoint! My son went here once 6 months ago. His 6 month checkup was scheduled for tomorrow and they TEXTED me and told me that they don’t accept his secondary insurance so they cancelled the appointment…. the day before…. I could have been on the waiting list 6 months ago for somewhere else. It will now be another 6 months till I can’t get his teeth cleaned again. Shady business, and not a good look. Upset that he will not be seen or cleaned for a close to a year.
