RecommendedI love every doctor we have seen! They take time to answer all my questions, even the crazy ones, since I’m a first time mom and have a 5 month old! I can always get an appointment same day and it’s great knowing my son can be seen as soon as he needs to be!
All of the docs are AMAZING, but Drs Menkus, Iddings and Ison know my boys inside out! They each take the time to listen compassionately to each issue or concern and ensure that you understand their answer. I wouldn’t dream of taking my boys anywhere but PAA...we are so lucky to have such an all star group of docs in our community!

After going there through my whole childhood and taking my own child for almost 6 years they would no longer see him or the baby we are expecting over a $5 balance that ended up being paid. I could understand if we owed money from several visits or even maybe a full co pay but for them to act the way they did over $5 was utterly ridiculous!

I would ABSOLUTELY recommend PAA to anyone with children! Each physician is thorough and welcoming! The availability of physicians to treat illnesses is phenomenal...100 percent of the time, I can call and get an appointment on the same day! With two locations in Lexington as well as a Well Clinic for checkups...wins my approval! we would love if PAA expanded to Georgetown!
Our son was born on 10/30 and we was seen the day after discharge for follow up care. From the very beginning I have loved this office. We have seen Dr. Hosinski the most and we love her. I can’t say enough about how great she is. She listened to our concerns and answered them. Not only has she treated my son well but me as well. The business office is very rude and unhelpful. They refused to bill my primary private insurance bc my secondary was Medicaid, so they canceled my sons 2 month vaccination appointment.
We love all of the doctors here!!
