Love the Dr. and staff in the back, but as far as the receptionist up front when you sign in. Not sure what's with eye rolling and being short. If she doesn't like it there, then she needs to find something else. This isn't the first time this has happened. And it occurred tonight. Will think twice about coming again.
Courtney is excellent! She has treated both of my daughters and each time she was so sweet and patient with them. She even calls to check on them the next day...our pediatrician doesn't even do that! The office is clean and it never takes long to get in and out.
Brought my daughter in today for first time. Was pleasantly surprised by our experience. Staff was friendly and professional; minimal wait considering a busy waiting area. I will not hesitate to use them again as needed in the future.
You went and done it again! In, processed, called back, diagnosed, and out the door to pick up scripts in record time! Thanks Denise, wonderful Nurse and PA Courtni. Always a joy leaving knowing the little ones are getting better! Thanks!
Definitely impressed! Awesome, kid friend and clean facility, extremely helpful and knowledgable staff and the hours are so convenient!
