RecommendedI think I have left a review before but I would leave one every time ! Hands down the best around for children, always very concern , examines well , takes their time and Always calls to check up on children after seen in this office ! We ❤️ this place !

They are the best pediatric acute care in Columbus and the surrounding areas! They are always very friendly and welcoming. My daughter and I were out within an hour and the wait times are bearable for the kids because they have a movie playing on a projector in the waiting area and on TVs in the patient rooms. All of the employees always make sure that you have a wonderful patient experience. They also do follow up calls a couple of days later to make sure that your child is feeling better. I would recommend them to anybody!
The staff is so friendly and were so sweet to my 3 year old son! We will definitely be back!!
When I walked in for the very first time I was greeted with smiles. The dimly lit room and painted walls were calming. There was a movie playing that kept my daughter’s attention until it was time to be seen. I’d never been there before, so I had new patient paperwork to fill out, which was surprisingly short. Love this place and their wonderful Employees
The moment we walked in my daughter and me were greeted with kindness. The atmosphere is great for kids and also dimly lit so it makes them feel better. The pediatrician was very nice and then the next day I get a call asking how our daughter was. I will continue to take them there when I can't get into our pediatrician or on weekends.
I would have given this place 5 stars, but the receptionist wasn't friendly until she called me up for payment. She was snappy and made me feel inadequate as a mother. I would have left if I were the patient, but I knew my daughter needed to be seen so I stayed. The rest of the staff was amazing and took wonderful care of my daughter.
