I am not someone who likes to leave bad reviews because I don't believe that one experience, for the most part, should tarnish a business. However, I am really not okay with what happened at this salon today. Got a shellac mani and pedi at this location. The application of the shellac was light and see through. Minimal cuticle work. After one week, the shellac was peeling and chipping. Have been to their other locations before and have had a much better experience.
I got my nails and pedicure done by Tina and she has done both things fab and staff was very friendly.
