The negative parts of my experience were that I waited for nearly 20 minutes for my appointment to actually start. l wasn’t told what was happening so next time it would have been great to be communicated with better! 🥲 Overall, this could have reduced a lot of frustration and stress for everyone. Clean and very friendly techs. Love getting my nails done and the spa pedicure.
I was very disappointed with the pricing transparency here and the service. I went in for a very basic manicure with no polish or shellac, just nail cleanup and cuticle care and was charged the exact same price as a full shellac manicure. The service itself was poor, she barely filed my nails, they looked the exact same as before I came in, only did my cuticles properly.
