My wife bought the Urtopia Joy and loves it, only disappointing thing that we discovered as we were exploring all of the settings was that the odometer already had 57 miles on it and this wasn’t brought to our attention. Wow! What a great ebike shopping adventure at Pedego Fort Worth! The staff is awesome, friendly, and very helpful. Seeing and testing the different lightweight carbon Urtopia e-bikes was extremely helpful. With their help we were able to choose just the right e-bikes for us. Urtopia has the lightest ebikes on the market! We actually purchased 2!
If you are looking for something to do, put this at the top of your list! Absolutely a fantastic experience! We took the 2 hour tour with Vicki and she was amazing! Lots of great history education along the way and very safe. You won't regret it!

Had to get a new sprocket put on we called And they informed us that they were open on Sunday from 12 to 5 we showed up at 12 o’clock took them all of maybe 10 minutes to get it done and everything was done correctly. These are very nice people to work with. It was a great experience
