Very disappointed. Paid for a wheel alignment only to be told my MG3 can't have the wheels aligned Got wheels aligned elsewhere and came back a refund. Owner was not happy and very rude.
Sad to read I'm not the only one that was possibly taken advantage of. Feel free to go here if you want to be ripped off. No explanation just give us $6k and we'll "fix the issues" after this I was quoted elsewhere for less than half that. You hear of people praying on people's ignorance or hope of ignorance and here we are, shame on you peddars
Pedders Blacktown have friendly staff and go above and beyond for you. I’ve had my van for 4 years and it hasn’t driven better and safer. Thanks to all the staff there that I spoke to and worked on my van
Garbage service. Quoted me 6k+ for suspension replacement parts cause those parts don’t have any OEM. told me my steering rack was leaking when it’s electronic powered steering rack and in fact wasn’t even leaking. Also told me my bushings were worn and needed replacing but they weren’t cause I got them checked at 2 other places. Don’t trust these guys.
They tried to convince me my steering rack ends that were diagnosed at another workshop shop as needing replacement required the entire steering rack to be replaced if they did the job and they wouldn't use a new genuine steering rack, only their rip off pedders brand crap. Their quote was absurdly expensive. A trip to another specialist suspension workshop had the steering rack ends diagnosed as worn, replaced with genuine parts quite fast and cheaply and the steering back to top performance.
