Awful place, but here if you want to be lied to! And the will block you on their Facebook page when you call the lying scumbags out! Don't buy a car here unless you want to get lied to and cheated! They sold me a car knowing the value of it had dropped and didn't warn me of the Volkswagen Scandal was going on and they knew! These people are thieves and will steal your money!!! They are trying to reply to a post that has nothing to do what they did to me! Keep trying to act innocent.
My VW Jetta has been in your shop for 6 weeks today with still no resolution in sight. Horrible communication. Very very disappointed with your service dept.

Service department always runs at least an hour behind. Today it was two-and-a-half and they're the ones who called and told me they could move my appointment forward a day. I understand that things happen but when it happens every single visit, you can't help but wonder why.
Had routine maintenance for my car done. Trudi was very helpful and courteous. I'll be back in 5000 miles.

I would give it a 0 if I could y'all are horrible I will never be taking my car there again and I will never refer any of my friends there. You lost a good customer I'm gonna take my business to Charlotte even though it costs more just so I don't ever have to deal with you again
Went there today to get them to clear my VIN code so I could register for Bluelink. Was told the Sales Dept would have to do that. So went in to Sales and there are 5 guys doing nothing but hoping and praying someone will stop in and buy a car. Was told I would have to come back Monday. Well kiss my @ss, went to another Hyundai dealership and they did it right away. You guys suck!
