I have had two wonderful experiences with this company. I got my first Beatle new from them in 2004 and never had a problem with it but decided to consider a new one. We had a fantastic experience at Joe Pecheles with working with Dan Myers. He was extremely knowledgable about the product, very easy going and comfortable to work with.(i.e-not too aggressive) He provided great customer service, answering all questions and following up with a phone call after our purchase. We were aware of the "scandal" with Volkswagen but have always found them to be reliable vehicles. We feel we got a fair price and had a good experience. Love our new Passat.
