Great place. Clean, quiet, good location. Small kitchen but overall good place to be
Disgusting building owned by soulless monsters. It's an old, smelly, mold infested death trap. Confirmed by independent mold testing + spontaneous electrical fire that broke out at 3 am. You can contact austin city records for 911 call audio on 7/8/22 to verify. Mold in walls was never addressed. Moved new tenant in immediately. Avoid like something more serious than the plague because the awful woman from corporate with the knock off valentino flats who showed up after the fire to chastise us gave us COVID.
The building itself is fine, albeit on the slightly old side but I was still very comfortable living in it. The location is super convenient, and it's a very bustling neighborhood, especially during Christmas. The sound-proofing was especially amazing. The main drawbacks to this place is unfortunately management. Individually, the people I raised issues with are very nice and tried their best to help, but it feels like the understaffing and working with outdated systems makes dealing with management a bad experience.
