This apartment complex is very quiet and safe. I have been here since April and noticed the owner of the property is very proactive in maintaining the overall condition of everything. The management of this property is prompt in assessing any issues; contacting professionals to rectify any problems. I've had a fantastic experience living at Pecan Square Apartments. The property is always well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The staff and management team are incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. I would highly recommend.

Good place. Quiet environment. Very clean. And the Manager Ms Debra she is a very wonderful person. Very efficient people. I love this community. I am so glad that I part of this community.
