I enjoy living here at Pecan Square apartments, it's clean , manager and staff is friendly helpful and they I would refer anyone to experience living here , its very quiet here.
This apartment complex is very quiet and safe. I have been here since April and noticed the owner of the property is very proactive in maintaining the overall condition of everything. The management of this property is prompt in assessing any issues; contacting professionals to rectify any problems. My air conditioning unit was having problems and the very next day, the unit was replaced! I appreciate the immediate response with a sense of urgency. I've had a fantastic experience living at Pecan Square Apartments. The property is always well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and clean common areas. The staff and management team are incredibly friendly, responsive, and genuinely care about the residents. I would highly recommend.
