While I don't enjoy having my teeth clean, I do like the all people over there. Everyone are so nice. They respect well. They don't look at me as "just another customer". My hygienist, Tim, is wonderful. She always smile and happy to see me. She always ask how my family is doing. She is more than a hygienist. She is a good... a very good friend. I have been a loyal patient of Dr. Schauer' for over twenty years. He and his staff have maintained a standard of excellence in delivering quality services and client support on every level. Dr. Schauer and his team go above and beyond the basic standard of care to address the comprehensive needs of their clients and are consistently pleasant and professional in responding to patient concerns.
I cannot say enough great things about Tim. She is always so professional, compassionate, knowledgeable, empathetic, friendly and effecient. Even if I come to Dr. Schauer's office having a bad day, I always leave with clean teeth and a smile on my face. I think Dr. Schauer and his entire staff are the best. I wouldn't trust my family's teeth to anyone else.
