When my husband and I moved to Manhattan we were not sure where we were going to live since we had not sold our home in our previous town. We met with the staff at HRC and they were very helpful in helping us find a Town home that meet our needs. We lived in our Town home for a year before purchasing a home here in Manhattan. The pool was great and my kids loved it! I would recommend using HRC to anyone moving to Manhattan or looking for a new place to live. The staff is extremely friendly.

I lived in the Forrest Creek Townhomes for 16 months, paid rent on time every month had absolutely no problems (outside of some raggedy pipes that were promptly repaired) until I moved out. HRC retained almost my entire security deposit and charged me for painting the townhome, which is considered normal wear and tear under state law. They also charged me almost $500 to clean the townhome which is a gross misrepresentation of how much they spent, given the fact that I hired someone to work there. I was in an apartment for less than 4 months and upon move out i requested a walk through with HRC to go over and make sure everything was good. Was told "we don't do walk troughs" This is a horrible idea HRC then has the ability to say anything is wrong in the apartment and you have no say. I requested that if anything was wrong with the apartment to receive a call because i was told " it could take up to a week for us to do the walk through". Never got a call. Pebblebrook is the best laid out apartment community in manhattan. Winding streets wrapped around the professional landscape is something that is far too often overlooked! I've lived here for more than 6yrs. #unique
