Living in Cambridge Square Apts is a great place to live with a growing family. It's a safe community where my neighbors always look out for my child. Maintenance is always there quickly and provides great work. The main office has gone above and beyond to make things clear as long as you're responsible and respectful this is a fantastic place to rent from.
Ash made my move in experience easy and convenient, and Ashley had always been so friendly and continues to put her tenants first by taking care of them and making sure all questions are answered! I definitely appreciate HRC leasing and their staff!

My leasing agent, Kaitlyn, answered all my questions, provided my all the information I needed, and got me an apartment in the location I desired ALL while handling multiple other clients. Just moved into my apartment and had a great experience so far. The neighborhood is quite and near a very nice park. The maintenance team responded promptly and effectively to any issues I had.
Lived at Oak Hill for 5 years. Maintenance response was great, staff was friendly and neighbors were quiet. Highly recommend.
The apartments are very nice inside and out, and the workers in the office are very friendly and welcoming.
I had my orders change last minute extending me for several months. i came to HRC and they were very helpful in getting me a place to say. i was all settled in my new apartment next day. I recommend them for sure.
We assisted our son in locating an apartment at Pebblebrook, and we could not have been more impressed with the smooth process and the beautifully maintained premises.
