Horrible horrible horrible never will go back again
I paid my bill out of pocket in the amount of $200 or so for dental work for my son and I in December of 16. I have been getting a bill from them since then in the amount of $500. And ive called off and on and each time they say they will look into it, and its an error and need medical insurance. Latest conversation was a couple weeks ago, said they would look into and call me back. Then i get a letter in the mail yesterday that it was sent to collections. Nothing but a bunch of crooks.
Horrible service. I have been waiting all day for someone to call me back with correct information regarding a possible treatment plan, because they accidentally set up a plan for an incorrect tooth. Good thing, I didn't start the treatment in the office yesterday like they wanted.........Seems like a scam just to get more money out of patients! Sending massive negative references out!!!!

A great place for all family members and for every type of dental need. The doctors really care so much for their patients and the staff is fun and amazing!!! I recommend them to the biggest of babies, they will make you feel right at home. Way to go Pebble Creek Dental!!!
